How to use the Pomodoro?


  1. Add tasks

    to work on today

  2. Start timer

    and focus on the task for 25 minutes (Pomodoro)

  3. Take a short break

    for 5 minutes after each Pomodoro – the alarm will ring

  4. Take a long break

    for 15 minutes after 4 Pomodoros

  5. Iterate

    until you finish the tasks
